Our Craft Creation Process

We work hard to make sure that we always satisfy your needs. We are committed to deliver excellence in everything we do. Our team knows that the only way we can become a successful business is by making you happy. The materials we use to create our quilts make our designs look elegant and attractive. We do our best to avoid using materials that will cause irritation, unpleasant smells, and odors. We also make use of sturdy hardware for our large designs. You can be sure that every piece of our handmade quilts is made with passion and creativity.

Preparing for Longarm Quilting

• Press your top front and back, and trim any stray threads. (Don't be tempted to pull those stray threads, trim them.)
• The backing for your quilt must be a minimum of 8" wider and 8" longer than your quilt top.  This provides a minimum of 4" on each side of the top for attachment to leaders and clips during the longer process.
• Quilt batting must be a minimum of 8" wider and 8" longer than the quilt top.
• If you 'd like us to attach binding for you, the length of the binding needs to be equal to the perimeter of the quilt plus 15-20 inches.  If we are prepping binding for you, just make sure you've  included enough yardage for the binding.

Steps in the Process

• Prepare your materials.
• Fill out the Project Intake Form.
• Deliver your project! If you are mailing it in, we will provide you with our address and mailing instructions. If you are local to Wichita, Kansas, in person drop-off and pickup is welcome!
• We will confirm measurement and email you an invoice, including return shipping if needed.
• Once the invoice is paid, work will begin!  We will keep you updated on the process!
